Ecological Footprint Test

Sustainable Living & Housing — Rob @ 8:10 pm

I thought that I was generally green and clean to the environment but apparently not. After taking the Ecological footprint test which I recommended to you in the post before, it says that I use 5.6 global hectares. This means that through that rate, I will be consuming as many resources as could only be replenished by 3.1 similarly sized planets.

Check out the Screenshot:

It kind of makes you feel pretty guilty when you realise that you’re living such a cushioned lifestyle at the expense of the environment but that doesn’t stop you from becoming more green. In fact it will act as motivation to consider your behaviour when contributing to the betterment or demise of the environment around you.

  3. Thanks for your comments Emiliza - Glad you enjoyed the footprint test.

Good luck for your math test - I’m sure you’ll do just fine if you set your mind to it.
